Pier 39 is a favorite springtime swim each year. This year it ran in the summer and was the first, large group swim of the season after 15 months of closure due to Covid 19. The event was dubbed the "Post-Pandemic" swim. Pier 39 is internationally known for its seal population as a tourist attraction. The two seals in the foreground speculate on the final destination. Traditionally the swim end on the Dolphin Club beach, but during the covid closure many swims operated off the public beach area and the "bleachers". The poster was given as a trinket for all participants and helpers and was the first time for a poster trinket since the very first poster, Bay Bridge 2009.
